HRD Officer (Strategy & Development) 

Location : Padaeng Industrial Estate,Map Ta Phut,Rayong

Qualifications :

• Bachelordegree in Political Science, Human Resource and Development, Business Administration , Business Computer or relatedfield. 
• 0-4 yearsworkingexperience in various phases of humandevelopmentfunction.
• Good communication skill in English language and proficient in computer skill.
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Able to use multimedia applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) willbeadvantage.

 
Job Description: 

• Create/improve, plan, implement, follow up and summarize the HR strategies and human development programs.
• Support all department managers for planning, analyzing, and developing the human development programs.
• Assist HRM & HRD to create/improve, analyze and develop the HR programs.

• Co-ordinate with Task Force team to develop and implement HR programs.
• Direct and prepare the necessity report to carry out the department’s function.
• Work follows the Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management System strictly.
• Work assigned by supervisor.
