We are looking for energetic candidates to fill the following positions.

Production Supervisor 

Location : Padaeng Industrial Estate, Map Ta Phut, Rayong

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’sdegree Chemical Engineer/Chemistry 

• At least 5 yearsworkingexperience in petrochemical or chemical plant.
• Good communication skill in English language and proficient in computer skill.

Job Description : 

• Solvesdailyproblems to maintainsmooth & safety running and operation with shift supervisor.
• Take actions to correct when in process or final products deviate from the specification or from the recommended control range.

• Proposes to improve plant performance, productivity, quality and safety. 
• Instructing operation team for start up and shutdown plant.
• Beatrainer of production team to train for technical process and technique to production personnel.
• Beresponsible for operations of preparationstep, start up normal running and shutdown plant.
• Distributes work load in the shift to VP and ensures for the team work. 

• Checks that process parameters are set and controlled following to the given instructions and procedure.
• Checks that all machines, equipment and instrument function correctly. If not, instruct shift supervisor to issue work order to correct and repair them.
• Improve plant performance & efficiency, to solve technical problems, and to updating technique
• Reports daily operations or trouble during the shift on log book
• Advise shift supervisor to solve technical problems, to improve plant performance efficiency.

• Participates in safetyactivities, and plant emergency plan.
• Supports Prod. Section Mgr. or / and Production Dept. Manager following to his / theirassignedworks.
