R&D Chemist
(Compounding Control)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical, Polymer Science
or related fields. - 0-4 years experience in QC / RD of Chemical , Petrochemical or Plastic manufacturer or Compounding is appreciated.
- Fluency in English language and proficiency in computer skill.
- Good Creativity and Good Communication skill
Job Description:
- Manage and take care the POM compound production control follow standard condition to keep stable operation and maintain product quality with meet delivery schedule and minimize loss or NC product generate.
- Coordinate with concern to manage and plan for transferring grade & trial of POM compounding product to success & complete until ready for commercial production.
- Support and coordinate with Compounder and concern Department to investigate and solve the compounding process problems.
- Study and coordinate for expand and available machine capacity and Compounder to cover forecast and order.
- Study to improvement Compounder performance, productivity and quality or relate to KPI concern.
- Cooperate and support of customer complaint and claim in case concern to compound product or process.
- Control Compounder to manage and handling of recycle, NC product, start cut and waste follow WI.
- Work follows the Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and safety management system strictly.
